摘　　要：文章通过分析医疗服务中的人文管理现状,提出在医疗工作实践中应努力构建医学人文关怀服务体系,并且认为人文管理是形成优质医疗服务的基础,同时介绍了该院在人文管理基础上实现优质服务的做法及其途径。Through analyzing the current situation of humanistic management in medical service, the paper suggests striving to build a service system with medical humanistic care in medical practice, considers humanistic management as the foundation for high-quality medical service, and meanwhile introduces the hospital's practice in and approach to achieving high-quality service on the basis of humanistic management.
