摘　　要：该院在医院信息系统基础上,采用B/S构架,后台采用ORACLE大型数据库存储与处理数据,前端应用".NET"框架、"C#语言"编程,构建了涉及医院管理部门、临床医技科室的传染病报告信息管理系统。该系统分为"宣传""信息初报""信息审核查询""自查""数据统计"5大模块,能够对医院各科室上报的传染病信息及时进行审核、上报、统计、分析、查询。该方法改变了传统的手工报告模式,简化了工作流程,提高了工作效率,同时也提高了传染病报告的及时性、完整性、准确性,并杜绝了迟报、漏报、重复报告现象的发生。An infectious disease report and information management system involving the management and clinical medical technical departments is established by the hospital based on its original information system by adopting B/S framework. This system employs ORACLE large database for background data storage and processing and the '.NET' framework and 'C# language' for programming at the front end. It can be divided into five modules, namely, 'publicity', 'preliminary information report', 'information auditing and inquiry', 'self-inspection', and 'data statistics', all of which realize the timely auditing, report, statistics, analysis, and inquiry of infectious disease information reported by different departments of hospital. This method changes the traditional manual reporting mode, simplifies working process, increases working efficiency, improves the timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of infectious disease report, and meanwhile puts an end to any delay, omission or repetition of report.
