垂直管理模式下管道风险管理的做法及其成效

摘　　要：为了探讨垂直管理模式下管道组员在管道风险管理中的作用,该院护理部通过成立管路学术组,实施其垂直管理,并每个月进行管路质控交叉检查及通过管路组员自查,以及发现特殊问题进行护理会诊等,对存在的管路安全问题进行汇总、反馈、分析、制定改进措施,从而使该院管路意外脱落及其相关并发症发生率与实施垂直管理模式前比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);其患者满意度与实施垂直管理模式前比较差异也有统计学意义(p<0.05)。该创新管理模式增强了护理人员的安全意识,使其管路护理风险管理始终处于可控状态,降低了管道意外脱落及其相关并发症的发生,也使患者满意度等得到了提高。In order to discuss the role played by catheter group members in the catheter risk management under the vertical management model, the Nursing Department of the hospital implements vertical management by setting up a catheter academic group, summarizes, feeds back, and analyzes catheter safety problems by means of catheter quality control cross-check, group member selfcheck, and nursing consultation on special problems, and then lays down corresponding improvement measures, thus giving statistical significance to the comparative difference between the incidences of accident catheter detachment and associated complication before and after the implementation of vertical management model(p<0.05); the comparative difference between patient satisfactions before and after the implementation of vertical management model also has statistical significance(p<0.05). The vertical management model enhances the safety awareness of nursing personnel, brings the catheter nursing risk management always under control, reduces the incidence of accident catheter detachment and associated complication, and increases the patient satisfaction.
