摘　　要：根据湖北省学位办关于独立学院学士学位授予权评估的指标要求,结合独立学院图书馆的特点,针对独立学院图书馆文献资源建设中存在的问题进行了客观分析,提出了在新形势下图书馆文献资源建设的策略和发展目标。In this paper,according to the index requirement of academic degree office of Hubei Province about the assessment of bachelor＇s degree-granting,combining with the characteristics of independent college library,aiming at the problems existing in the construction of library literature resources in independent college,this paper gives an objective analysis and puts forward the strategies and development goals of library＇s literature resources construction under the new situation.
