循证医院管理的实现途径及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨循证医院管理的实现途径以及影响因素。方法选取我院2014年3月~2015年3月影响医院管理的相关因素,并确定相应的循证问题,采用查阅文献的方法以及考虑患者实际需求的方法,做出相应的管理决策,从而通过不断的实践和评价来提高护理的质量。结果在实施循证医院管理之后,护理人员对于护理的意识以及工作的满意度有很大的改善,患者的满意度有很大的提高。结论通过实施循证医院管理的实现途径,能够显著提高患者的满意度以及医院的护理质量。Objective To explore the evidence-based realization ways of hospital management and influencing factors. Methods Select our hospital in March 2014 ~ March 2015 the factors involved in hospital management, and determine the corresponding confirmation problems, adopt the method of literature and method of patients with considering the actual needs, make corresponding management decisions, and through constant practice and evaluation to improve the quality of nursing. Results After the implementation of evidence-based hospital management, the consciousness of nursing staff for the care and job satisfaction has very much improved, patients＇ satisfaction have greatly improved. Conclusion Through the implementation of evidence-based realization ways of hospital management, can significantly improve the quality of patient satisfaction and hospital care.
