摘　　要：目的研究分析胃大部分切除患者术后早期并发症情况,以及相关的治疗处理方式。方法 2012~2014年我院共接收了68例胃大部分切除患者,对患者术后早期并发症情况进行统计分析,了解患者并发症的原因以及处理措施。结果 68例患者的早期并发症为：十二指肠残端瘘、胃肠吻合口黏膜下出血、胃小弯侧黏膜下出血、胃排空障碍、吻合口瘘、脾脏撕裂。通过给予及时的处理,患者的不良并发症均在短时间内得到改善,并没有发生严重并发症,平均住院时间为8.5天。结论胃大部分切除患者术后早期并发症的原因受到手术操作的影响,对这些并发症的原因进行研究分析,提供正确的处理方式能够获得比较好的治疗效果,促进患者的康复。Objective To study early complications of gastrectomy patients, and related therapeutic treatment. Methods Selected 68 cases of patients with partial gastrectomy from^2012 to 2014 in our hospial, Early postoperative complications were analyzed,To understand the causes and treatment measures for patients with complications. Results 68 patients early complications were： duodenal stump fistula, gastrointestinal submucosal anastomotic bleeding, the lesser curvature of the stomach mucous membrane hemorrhage, delayed gastric emptying, anastomotic leak, spleen tear. By giving timely treatment, the patient＇s adverse complications have been improvements in a short time, and no serious complications, the average length of stay was 8.5 days. Conclusion Early postoperative complications of gastrectomy patients affected by reason of the surgical procedure,The cause of these complications research and analysis, provide the correct approach, can obtain better therapeutic effect, promote the rehabilitation of patients.
