摘　　要：目的分析手术治疗方式在移位髋臼骨折中的临床效果。方法选取回顾性分析我院手术治疗的移位髋臼骨折患者30例,观察患者临床治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果根据临床疗效指标:优良率70%(21/30)。按照X线标准优良率76.7%(23/30)。结论采用合适的手术入路,可促进关节功能的恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment for displaced acetabular fractures. Methods 30 patients with displaced acetabular fractures treated by surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical effect and complications were observed.. Results According to the clinical effect index ： the excellent rate was 70%（21/30）. According to the X-ray standard rate of 76.7%（23/30）. Conclusion The recovery of the joint function can be promoted by the appropriate surgical approach..
