摘　　要：目的总结早期外科手术对小儿脓胸的治疗体会。方法回顾性分析26例行早期手术治疗的脓胸患儿临床资料。结果 26例患儿早期手术后症状消失;恢复快,胸廓发育良好无畸形。结论早期小切口手术治疗小儿脓胸具有创伤小、疗效好、疗程短等优势。Objective A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 26 cases of children with empyema early operation treatment. Methods 26 cases of children with early symptoms disappeared after operation;rapid recovery, the development of the thorax without deformity. Results 26 cases of early small incision and drainage of empyema dissection after symptoms disappeared; postoperative clinical symptoms had completely disappeared, chest well developed no deformity. Conclusion The small incision operationtreatment of empyema in children with less trauma, good curative effect, short course of treatmentand other advantages.
