上感颗粒治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染发热的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究讨论上感颗粒治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染发热的临床疗效。方法抽取在2011年3月~2014年9月间来我院治疗的120例相关患者,随机均分成研究组和对照组。对照组患者采用日夜百服宁片,研究组患者采用上感颗粒。比较两组患者的临床症状改善情况。结果研究组60例患者总有效率为100%;对照组60例患者总有效率为98.33%,差异不具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用上感颗粒治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染发热能够显著缩短治疗时间,安全可靠。Objective To study the clinical effect of heat discussion of Shanggan granule of upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 120 cases of patients with extraction related to our hospital in 2011 March to 2014 September, were randomly divided into study group and control group. Patients in the control group using Bufferin cold tablets, patients in study group using Shanggan granule. Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms to improve the situation. Results The study group of 60 patients with the total effective rate was 100%; the control group of 60 patients, the total effective rate was 98.33%, the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using Shanggan granule in the treatment of viral upper respiratory infection can significantly shorten the treatment time, safe and reliable.
