摘　　要：目的研究门控心肌断层显像在冠心病患者左心室功能检测中的应用价值。方法选取2014年6月~2014年12月我院收治的住院患者80例,根据其疾病类型将其分为观察组（冠心病患者）与对照组（非冠心病患者）,均接受门控心肌断层显像,评价其左心室功能。结果观察组LVFF、EDV、ESV等方面与对照组比较,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论门控心肌断层显像在冠心病患者左心室功能评价中价值显著。Objective Research gated myocardial SPECT applications in the detection of left ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Select June 2014 ~ December 2014 in our hospital 80 patients hospitalized,according to the type of disease to be divided into two groups（CHD patients） and control group（non-coronary heart disease patients）, received the gated myocardial SPECT, to evaluate the left ventricular function. Results The LVFF, EDV, ESV, etc. Compared with the control group, was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gated myocardial perfusion imaging in the evaluation of left ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease significantly Value.
