摘　　要：超声斑点追踪测量三尖瓣环位移是评价右心室收缩功能的一种简单、准确、快速的新方法,对图像质量要求不高,目前在临床上已开始应用。此方法评价右心室收缩功能准确性高,与右心功能指标相关性好,适用于多种疾病对右心室收缩功能影响的评价。目前已应用于正常人、耐力训练者、肺动脉高压患者、尿毒症、糖尿病及心脏术后患者右心室功能的评价,还可用于评估心力衰竭患者存活率,具有良好的应用前景。Speckle tracking echocardiography measuring tricuspid annular displacement is a simple , accurate and fast new index evaluating right ventricular systolic function .It doesn′t demand high image quality and has been applied in clinical.It is a highly accurate method for evaluating right ventricular systolic func-tion and correlated well with right ventricular function parameters ,which is suitable for evaluation of a variety of diseases affecting the right ventricular systolic function .It now has been applied in the evaluation of right ventricular funcation of normal people,endurance training,pulmonary hypertention,uremia,diabetic and post-cardiac surgery,which presents a broad applicative prospect.
