摘  要:总结了橡胶沥青混合料的国内外发展历史,在对比分析了近年来国内主要的研究方法和成果,如橡胶颗粒的掺量、拌和时间、成型温度等参数之后得出,美国和日本的大多数研究着重于提高路面的路用性能和除冰雪能力,而法国和英国等国家则是着重考虑其耐磨性和降噪方面的性能。我国研究人员得到橡胶颗粒掺量达到2.5%~3%时,高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、耐久性等路用性能都达到了一个良好的指标,且有较突出的抗滑性能及自除冰的特点。总结了现阶段试验路铺筑中遇到的问题后,提出在今后的研究中,主要研究方向是如何改进橡胶颗粒沥青混合料二次成型的方法以及如何在抗剥落性和除冰性能等路用性能方面有所提高。Summarizes mixture. Influence of factors the main development domestic -overseas such as rubber content and mixing time history of granulated crumb rubber asphalt , as well as casting temperature has made comparative analysis of the recent major domestic research methods and results. Most studies have focused on improving road pavement performance and the ability to remove ice in the United States and Japan, however, most trials is still in the laboratory research stage, France and Britain and other countries are focused on considering the performance of its abrasion resistance and noise reduction performance. Chinese scientists has obtained that the high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance and the durability has reached a good indicator when the rubber particle is content of 2. 5% ~ 3%, as well as getting more prominent self - skid properties and characteristics of deicing. In a comprehensive paving test road and the problems encountered in the present stage. We need study on how to improving compaction technology for second times and enhancing anti -ice -snow performance, as well as antistripping performance of granulated crumb rubber asphalt mixture.
