摘　　要：在大数据时代,为更好地开展年度全国土地变更调查监测与核查遥感监测任务,尤其针对涉密数据的应用安全问题,以数据全生命周期为导向,通过建立数据权限模型,研究土地利用遥感监测的协同安全应用,在保证数据安全的前提下,实现遥感监测与变更调查成果的一查多用;实现准确掌握全国土地利用实际变化情况;实现及时更新各级土地调查数据库和国土资源综合信息监管平台信息;为国土资源管理的数字化推进提供基础理论支撑。In the era of big data, in order to work better on annual survey of national land change and verification of remote sensing, especially for the application of classified data security issues, cooperative security applications of remote sensing monitoring on land use has been investigated in this study through the establishment of data permissions model in a data-life-circle-oriented approach. It achieves results of remote monitoring and land change survey, which can be used for multiple areas; it collects accurate knowledge of the actual changes in the national land use; it timely updates the information of land survey database in different levels and land resources integrated information monitoring platform; it also provides the basic theory support for digital management of land resources.
