摘  要:①目的探讨在不同高温状态下小鼠精液质量的变化,为研究高温状态影响人类生育能力的机制提供动物实验依据。②方法将125只健康雄性成年昆明小鼠随机分为5组,每组25只。对照组给予22℃恒温饲养,高温组下设31℃、34℃、37℃、40℃4个组,分别于实验开始的第1、3、5、7、9天,每组随机抽取5只小鼠,测定精子DNA及精子顶体完整率的变化情况。③结果与对照组相比,各高温组实验小鼠的精液质量均明显异常,且温度越高,精液质量下降越快,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着高温持续时间的延长,各高温组实验小鼠的精液质量呈现不同程度的异常,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。④结论高温可能通过影响雄性小鼠精子DNA损伤及附属性腺的功能,导致精子DNA及精子顶体完整率出现不同程度的异常,从而影响其生育能力。Objective In this study,adult male mice of different experimental animal models constructed under high temperature,measured changes in sperm DNA integrity and sperm acrosome integrity rate,and to explore the state under different temperature changes in semen quality in mice for the study of effects of high temperature mechanism to provide human fertility based on animal experiments. Methods The 125 healthy adult male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,each group 25 mice,in which the control group to be 22℃thermostat feeding,the group consists of high temperature 31℃ 、34℃ 、37℃ 、40℃ four groups,respectively,in the first days of the experiment began 1、3、5、7、9 randomly selected five mice per group measured changes in sperm DNA integrityand and acrosome integrity rate. Results compared with the control group,the semen quality of the high-temperature experiments in mice were significantly abnormal,and the higher the temperature,the faster the decline in semen quality,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01); With the high temperature duration the extended semen quality of the high-temperature experiments in mice showed varying degrees of abnormality,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 01). Conclusion High temperature may influence male sperm DNA damage and its subsidiaries gonadal function,leading to sperm DNA integrity and sperm acrosome integrity rate varying degrees of abnormality,thus affecting their fertility.
