集聚提升了出口多样化水平吗——基于中国省际面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于地区工业行业集聚的视角，提出相关多样性和非相关多样性对地区出口多样化影响的理论假说，采用我国1999-2009年期间30个省（市）的样本数据进行实证检验。研究结果表明，相关多样性工业行业集聚对地区出口多样化影响不显著，但是在人力资本的推动作用下，相关多样性工业行业集聚对地区出口多样化的发展具有显著的促进作用；非相关多样性工业行业集聚则更有利于地区出口专业化的发展。This paper proposes the theoretical hypothesis that there exists the impact of related variety and unrelated variety on export diversification in the perspective of regional industry agglomeration. This paper makes an empirical test by using China＇s 30 provincial level sample data during 1999-2009, and shows that the agglomeration of related variety industry does not have a significant effect on regional export diversification, but the agglomeration of related variety industry has a significant effect on promoting the development of regional export diversification; the agglomeration of unrelated variety industry has a positive role on promoting regional export specialization.
