摘 要:对云南省铁皮石斛主产区收集到的9个变异系和2个野生种分别从基源、生物学特性、生态学特性、分子标记技术和总多糖、甘露糖等方面进行了比较研究。结果表明,9个二年生铁皮石斛无性变异,形态差异较大,茎长,节间长、茎色、药帽颜色等差异显著;9个无性变异总多糖存在显著差异,变幅在14.93%~42.36%,平均为28.81%,2个野生种平均为29.41%;9个无性变异甘露糖含量差异显著,变幅为18.82%~35.27%,平均值为20.60%,2个野生种平均为20.39%,人工栽培种多糖质量分数普遍高于野生药材,甘露糖含量差异较大;经SSR标记检测和UPGMA聚类,发现云南省铁皮石斛主产区的9个无性变异分属于普洱和文山州等3个不同的种源居群。研究结果为建立铁皮石斛产品质量标准和铁皮石斛优良品种培育提供了依据。Nine variations and two wild species d Dendrobium officale Kimura et Migo collected from Yunnan were carried on the compara- tive study on the source, biological characteristics, ecological characteristics, molecular markers, total polysaccharide content and mannose content and so on. The results showed that the nine mutations with two years old had significant differences in the morphology of stem length, intemode length, stem color, and medicine hat color. The nine mutations had significant differences in the total polysaccharides content with ranse from 14.93 % to 42.36 % and the average content of their polysaccharides were 28.81%. The total polysaccharides averase of two species wild was 29.41%. The nine mutations had significant differences in the mannose content with range from 18.82 % to 35.27 % and the average of mannose content was 20.60 %. The mannose average of two species wild was 20.39 %, The polysaccharide mass fraction of artificial cultivation was generaily higher than that of wild herbs, and the mannose content had more difference. By the method dSSR mark- ers and UPGMA clustering, nine mutations were found to belong to the three different provenance including Pu 'er and Wenshan. The results could be used to provide the basis for quality standards and varieties breeding of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo.
