摘　　要：Calibrin-Z是由美国某公司研制的一种新型吸附剂。为验证该饲料添加剂对肉鸡坏死性肠炎的防制效果,本研究采用肉雏鸡口服魏氏梭菌制造肉鸡坏死性肠炎模型,并在饲料中添加不同浓度的Calibrin-Z。动态检测试验鸡的免疫器官指数、免疫水平以及各肠段绒毛长度、隐窝深度,并观察肠黏膜的形态病变,以探究该制剂有无控制坏死性肠炎发生的功效。结果表明:Calibrin-Z能降低魏氏梭菌对免疫器官发育的抑制作用,保障雏鸡良好的免疫反应,显著降低魏氏梭菌感染对肠黏膜造成的损伤,具有明显抑制坏死性肠炎发生的功效。其机制可能主要与其吸附由魏氏梭菌产生的毒素有关。Calibrin-Z抗坏死性肠炎的功效为肉鸡该病的防制提供了一条非抗生素途径,具有重要的推广应用价值。Calihrin-Z is a new type of safe and pollution-free adsorbent which was developed by an organization of United States. Chicken were inoculated with elestridium welchii through mouth, the different concentrations of Calibrin-Z was added in their fcodstuff, and the intes- tinal morphology, pathological changes at their different ages were detected to explore the control effect of this reagent on the necrotic enteri- tis, immune organ index and the immunity levels. The results showed that Calibrin-Z could improve the immune response, decrease the dam- age to the intestinal mucesa and obviously inhibit the effect of necretizing enteritis occurrence. The anti-disease mechanism of Calibrln- Z might be associated with the adsorption of clostriclium welchii toxin. It would provide an effective method to control the chicken necrotizing enteritis without using antibiotic drugs, which had very importantly practical significance.
