摘  要:利用加速量热仪对3种高能改性双基推进剂GH-1、GH-2和GO-1进行热危险性研究,分别得到他们的绝热放热、压力曲线、起始放热温度、最大升温速率和绝热至爆时间等热分解特性参数,并将实验结果同双基推进剂S0进行对比;计算绝热动力学参数,结合热惰性因子对绝热实验结果进行修正,并从反应发生的可能性和严重程度2个角度评估了其热危险性.结果表明,3种高能改性双基推进剂均容易在绝热条件下发生快速的放热分解反应,并伴随显著的压力效应;与双基推进剂S0相比,虽然高能改性双基推进剂发生热爆炸的可能性较低,但是爆炸破坏性则明显较强.The thermal hazards of three kinds of high energy CMDB propellants,GH-1,GH-2 and GO-1,are investigated by accelerating rate calorimeter (ARC ).Their thermal decomposition characteristics,such as onset exothermic temperature,maximum temperature rise rate,time-to-maximum rate and exothermal curves,and pressure curves are obtained.The test results are compared with that of double-base propellant S0 .The adiabatic kinetics are obtained,as well as the test results are corrected by inertia factor.The thermal hazards are assessed by the possibility and explosiveness of thermal explosion.It is concluded that all the high energy CMDB propellants are likely to decompose quickly with notable heat and pressure effect.Compared with S0 ,the CMDB propellants have lower possibility of thermal explosion but stronger explosiveness.
