摘　　要：国际恐怖主义企图改变世界经济全球化的游戏规则,但全球化的进程是不可逆转的。“9·11”事件干扰了世界多极化的发展进程,但它的影响与后果还不足以改变和动摇多极化的发展趋势。“9·11”事件使世界主要大国之间的合作有所加强,大国关系有所改善,但从长期来看,不可能改变美国称霸世界的全球战略,因此在反恐斗争中出现的大国合作的局面仍然有其局限性。Attack and its Impact on Globalization, Multi-Polarization and RelationsAmong the Powers International terrorism tried to change the rules of the gamein economic globalization, which is in vain. The terrorist attack affected the duecourse of the multi-polarization process, however it was not strong enough todivert the course. The terrorist attack helped strengthen the cooperation of themajor powers with improved relations among them. But in a longer term, the USdominance over the world is not to be changed, so it can be concluded that thereis a limitation to the cooperation among the major powers after the 9/11 attack.
