海底管道施工安全环保风险分析与控制

摘　　要：针对目前海底管道建设工程在管道建设项目中所占比例越来越大、安全环保风险愈发引起重视的情况,结合海底管道建设的特点,从海底管道主要施工工序、施工特点等方面,对海底管道建设过程中的环境影响及安全风险进行分析,根据海底管道建设过程的HSE管理要求,针对各施工环节及特点,提出针对性的环境保护措施和安全风险控制措施。As subsea pipeline construction projects have currently accounted for a growing share in pipeline construction projects,combining the characteristics of subsea pipeline construction,based on the main procedure and features of subsea pipeline construction,this paper analyzes the environmental impact and security risk during the process of subsea pipeline construction.According to the HSE management requirements during the process of subsea pipeline construction,in the light of various construction links and features,corresponding and customized measures are proposed for environmental protection and security risk control.
