摘 要:红外成像技术以非接触、不停电等优点广泛应用于故障绝缘子检测,但其检测准确性易受环境湿度、温度等因素影响。以XP-160盘形瓷质绝缘子为试品,分析在不同环境条件和污秽程度下获得的绝缘子红外图像,研究相对湿度对红外成像检测洁净绝缘子和污秽绝缘子的影响。实验结果表明:对于洁净绝缘子,相对湿度对红外检测零值基本无影响;对于污秽绝缘子,相对湿度越大,越有利于红外检测,但相对湿度过大,容易出现零值绝缘子的误检或漏检。同时分析温度对红外检测的影响,建议避免在高温环境下进行红外检测零值。The infrared imaging technology is widely used in fault insulator detection with the advantages of non-contact,no power off,etc.,but it is easily affected by the environmental humidity,temperature and other factors.This paper took XP-160 disc ceramic insulators as testing object,analyzed the obtained images at different environment conditions and contamination grades,and focused on analyzing the relative humidity effecting infrared detection of clean insulators and the contaminated ones.Experimental results showed that,for clean insulators,relative humidity almost didn't affect infrared image detection.For contaminated insulators,wet contamination hadmore advantages than dry ones for infrared detection under a certain relative humidity,the greater the relative humidity,the better infrared detection,and the greater the relative humidity,the easier it appears the faulty detection by mistake examining or leak.Moreover,the effect of temperature on infrared detection should not be neglected and the detection should not be carried out at high temperature or its dramatic changing.
