摘　　要：马克思的劳动过程理论在当代西方社会发展中和西方社会科学思想界遇到了"理论过时"和"理论局限"的挑战。其中,布洛维劳动过程理论中所提及的马克思劳动过程理论在西方社会劳动过程背景中失效,就是其中的标志性挑战。作为中国政治意识形态的马克思主义劳动过程理论是以马克思劳动过程理论精髓为基石的,尤其是马克思的劳动过程理论与当代中国经验的工厂政治和劳工处境在特定时代相遇,都迫切需要我们对马克思劳动过程理论精髓进行再阐释,并对其当代意义进行理论探讨。马克思劳动过程理论的精髓是立足于劳动实践,以劳动过程的历史唯物主义为基础,以劳动的解放为取向的辩证劳动过程理论。布洛维误解了马克思劳动过程理论的精髓,其劳动过程理论是二元的、僵化的和保守的劳动过程理论,而且,他提出的"制造同意"机制论没有超越马克思劳动过程理论的视域。中国经验的工厂政治和劳工处境是马克思劳动过程理论的当代现实印证。Marx＇s labor process theory encountered challenges of ＂theory old-fashioned＂ and ＂theory limitation＂ during contemporary social development process among the West and Western social science intellectual. One of the iconic challenges is the Burawoy＇s labor process theory which mentioned the failure of Marx＇s labor process theory in the Western context. The Marx＇s labor process theory with China＇s political ideology is based on the essence of Marx＇s theory as the cornerstone of the labor process ,especially the meeting of Marx＇s labor theory and contemporary Chinese factories experienced political and labor situation in a particular era encounter,we have an urgent need to reinterpretate the essence of the Marx＇s labor process, and to explore the theory of its contemporary significance. The essence of Marx＇s labor process theory is based on the labor practices,with the foudation of historical materialism, which is a dialectical process theory orientating to the liberation of labor. Burawoy misunderstood the essence of Marx＇s theory of labor process, whose labor process theory is binary, rigid and conservative labor process theory. What＇s more, his ＂manufacturing consent＂ mechanism does not go beyond the horizon on Marxist theory of labor process. Chinese factories experienced political and labor situation confirms the reality of contemporary Marxist labor process theory.
