摘  要:目的本文旨在研究玛咖咀嚼片的急性毒性、遗传毒性和亚急性毒性。方法应用小鼠急性经口毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验及大鼠30 d喂养试验进行毒性观察。结果该玛咖咀嚼片对雌雄小鼠LD50均>20 000 mg/(kg·bw),属无毒级物质;Ames试验中,加S-9混合液和不加S-9混合液的各剂量组回变菌落数与阴性对照组差异无统计学意义,且无剂量反应关系;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验与阴性对照组比较差异无统计学意义;小鼠精子畸形试验与阴性对照组比较差异无统计学意义。30 d喂养试验表明,各实验组动物生长发育良好,血常规及血生化各指标均在本实验室正常值范围内,未见有意义的病理改变。结论该玛咖咀嚼片为无毒级物质,未见有遗传毒性和亚急性毒性作用。Objective The objective is to study the acute toxicity, inheritance toxicity and sub - acute toxicity of Maca delcet. Methods The acute oral toxicity test, Ames test, polychromatic erythro - cytes micronucleus test, mice sperm malformation test, and the 30d feeding test in rates were carried out for observing the toxin. Results The Maca dulcets were more than 20 000 mg/(kg · bw) to LD50 mice, which was a non -toxic substance; and there was no statistical significance on the difference between the number of colonies and the negative control in the Ames test with S - 9 mixed solution and without S - 9 mixed solution, and there was no dose - response relationship; and the difference between the mouse bone marrow micronucleus test of polychromatic cells and negative control group was not statistically significant. Rats grew well in 30 d feeding experiment in each group, the test values of blood routine and biochemical indicators were all in the normal value range. The histopathological- changes were not observed in every group. Conclusion The Maca dulcet is in non - toxic class, and no inheritance toxicity and sub -acute toxicity were observed.
