摘  要:目的探讨瑞氏染色法取代悬浮法进行白带常规检验的可行性。方法用悬浮法、瑞氏染色法于2010年和2011年两时段对1 825份和1 235份白带标本进行对比镜检,比较分析检出滴虫、真菌、线索细胞等阳性率的情况。结果前后时段瑞氏染色法白带常规线索细胞和清洁度Ⅲ度检出率明显低于悬浮法,Ⅳ度结果则高于悬浮法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其余各项目2种方法结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。悬浮法和瑞氏法同步为2011年滴虫检出率显著高于2010年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2010年真菌检出率显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);悬浮法2010年清洁度Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅳ度检出率均明显高于2011年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),瑞氏法2010年Ⅲ度检出率显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论瑞氏染色法与悬浮法检测滴虫、真菌等主要项目结果较稳定一致;染色法可检查可疑淋球菌,便于鉴别辨认微生物像、线索细胞等细胞形态准确判断清洁度,可取代悬浮法推广应用。Objective To explore the feasibility of replacing the suspension method with Wright' s staining method for leucorrhea routine examination. Methods 1 825 and 1 235 leucorrhea samples were detected, respectively, in 2010 and 2011 for the comparison on positive rates of trichomonas, fungal, clue cells and others by microscopic examinations. Results The detection rates of clue cell and cleaning III degree of vagina with the Wright' s staining method were lower than those with the suspension method before and after the period. However, the detection rates of cleaning IV were higher than that of the suspension method, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.01 ), while the differences of the tests results with the two methods had no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). the detection rates of vaginal trichomoniasis with Wright' s and suspension in 2011 were significantly higher than those in 2010, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). The detection rates of fungal was significantly higher in 2010, and the difference was statistically siginificant (P 〈 0.01 ); Cleanliness Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅳ degree detection rates with suspension in 2010 were significantly higher than those in 2011, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05), only the cleanliness degree IU detection rate with Wright' s method in 2010 was significantly higher in 2011, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The test results of Trichomonas assay, fungal and other major projects were relatively stable and consistent with the two methods. Wright' s can detect suspicious Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and easily identify microorganisms, the clue cell morphology and accurately determine cleanliness, which can replace suspension for promotion and application.
