摘 要:电膜耦合工艺产生的电生氧化物(活性氯和臭氧)对芳香聚酰胺纳滤膜性能有影响。通过膜通量、截留率、接触角、红外光谱、XPS和SEM等表征,结果表明芳香聚酰胺纳滤膜对臭氧有较好的耐氧化性能,但是不耐活性氯。臭氧氧化强度为0-100mg·h/L时,芳香聚酰胺纳滤膜表现出了良好的抗臭氧氧化性。次氯酸根对纳滤膜的影响随ClO^-浓度与浸泡时间的增加而加剧。膜表面红外对比分析显示,碱性条件下,ClO^-通过吸附作用影响芳香聚酰胺膜表面结构,强化膜面亲水性,增大膜通量,但降低了膜截留率。The electro-generated oxides (active chlorine and ozone) in electrolysis process coupled with nanofiltration affects the performance of aromatic polyamide (APA) membrane. The characteristics of the membrane were evaluated by flux, rejection, contact angle, IR, XPS and SEM. The experimental results indicated that APA membrane had better oxidation resistance to ozone, but not to active chlorine. The APA membrane showed good resistance to ozone in wastewater with the ozonation intensity of 0 to 100 mg · h/L. The influence of hypochlorite on APA membrane was enhanced with the increase of ClO^- concentration and immersion time. The IR analysis showed that through the adsorption function of ClO^- under the alkaline conditions, the surface structure of APA membrane was changed, and the hydrophilicity and flux were improved, but the rejection of APA membrane was reduced.
