摘 要:采用Miseq高通量测序技术,通过内置填料、外置填料和对照组SBR污水处理工艺的对比运行,对多组分复合生物活性填料处理生活污水的细菌多样性进行了研究。结果表明,3组反应器的细菌群落均具有高度多样性,Saprospiraceae在内置填料和外置填料SBR活性污泥中的比例(8.09%和2.86%)均比对照组中的(29.82%)要低,这与投加填料后污泥沉降性能得到很大改善的结论一致;黄杆菌科在内置填料和外置填料SBR活性污泥中的比例(6.19%和11.27%)均比对照组中的(0.71%)要高,这与投加填料后除磷性能得到增强的研究结论一致。Through comparing SBR reactor with internal bioactive filler, SBR reactor with external bioactive filler and SBR reactor without filler, the bacterial diversity in multi-component composite bioactive filler for treatment of domestic sewage was studied by Miseq high-throughput sequencing. The results indicated that the bacterial diversities in the three reactors were very high, The proportions of Saprospiraceae in SBR reactor with internal bioactive filler ( 8.09% ) and in SBR reactor with external bioactive filler (2.86%) were lower than that in SBR reactor without filler (29.82%), which was in accordance with the research conclusion that the settleability of activated sludge was significantly improved after adding the bioactive filler. The proportions of Flavobacteriaceae in SBR reactor with internal bioactive filler (6.19%) and in SBR reactor with external bioactive filler (11.27%) were higher than that in SBR reactor without filler (0.71%) , which was in accordance with the research conclusion that the phosphorus removal performance was significantly enhanced after adding the bioactive filler.
