摘  要:为评价高级氧化技术对检修污水深度处理的实际运行效果,以某天然气净化厂检修污水为处理对象,搭建了检修污水处理中试装置,主要包括酸化曝气、Fenton氧化、臭氧氧化3个单元,考察了各处理单元对污水中COD、NH3-N、SS的去除效果及其BOD5/COD值的变化。中试装置设计处理规模为0.5m^3/h,随着处理流程的推进,污水中COD、NH3-N、SS浓度逐渐降低,BOD5/COD值不断升高并趋于稳定。装置最终出水COD、NH3-N、SS浓度分别为456、39和24mg/L左右,去除率分别达到83.4%、77.8%、87.2%;BOD5/COD值由0.161~0.216提高到0.455左右,达到了现场SBR生化池进水水质要求。经工艺成本核算,检修污水处理成本为36.6元/m^3。Taking the overhauling wastewater from a natural gas purification plant as the treatment target, a pilot plant was set up to evaluate the practical operation effect of advanced oxidation technologies in advanced treatment of the overhauling wastewater, including acidification and aeration, Fenton oxidation and ozonation. The removal efficiencies of COD, NH3 - N and SS as well as the change of BOD5/ COD ratio were investigated. The treatment capacity of the pilot plant was 0.5 m^3/h. The concentrations of COD, NH3 - N and SS decreased gradually, and the BODJCOD ratio increased during the treatment process. The effluent concentrations of COD, NH3 - N and SS were 456 mg/L, 39 mg/L and 24 mg/L, with the removal rates of 83.4% , 77.8% and 87.2% respectively. The BOD5/COD ratio increased from 0. 161 -0. 216 to about 0,455. The treated effluent quality met the requirements of the SBR biochemical tank. The treatment cost of overhauling wastewater was 36.6 yuan/m^3.
