摘　　要：目的：探讨宝石能谱CT冠状动脉成像在健康体检中对冠状动脉病变诊断的应用价值。方法：本研究对我院体检中心自2013—01—10～11—27某单位269名体检人员的CT冠状动脉成像结果进行分析。结果：受检人员中阳性225人，阳性率为83．6％，其中冠状动脉斑块186例，冠状动脉狭窄100例，冠状动脉心肌桥56例。结论：宝石能谱CT冠状动脉成像是一种无创、简便、快速的成像方法，可应用于体检人群冠心病的早期筛查。Objective：To determine the application value of Discovery CT750HD CT for coronary artery angiography in health examination. Methods： The image data of 269 cases who were detected by Discovery CT750HD CT in angiography of coronary artery from January 1. 2013 to November 27. 2013 in our hospital were analyzed. Results： Among the 269 cases,225 cases were positive, positive rate was 83.6%. Among them,there were 186 cases of coronary artery plaque, 100 cases of coronary artery stenosis, and 56 cases of coronary myocardial bridge. Conclusion： Discovery CT750HD CT is a noninvasive,convenient and fast technique,it might be a choice for health examination with coronary artery disease.
