摘　　要：近视是青光眼的一个常见危险因素,由于近视性眼底改变的干扰,近视合并青光眼的早期鉴别诊断一直是临床治疗的难点。近年来随着观念的更新和技术的进步,该领域已有突破性进展。本文就近视合并青光眼的早期鉴别诊断进行综述,以期提高对疾病的认识,为青光眼早期临床诊治方面提供新的手段。Myopia is a common risk factor for glaucoma, due to the interference of myopic retinal changes, early diagnosis of myopia with glaucoma has been a clinical dif- ficulty. With new conceptions improvements, diagnosis of the myopia with glaucoma has achieved revolutionary success. This article reviews the early diagnosis of myopia with glaucoma in order to raise awareness of the disease and provides new tools for early clinical diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma.
