耳鼻咽喉科疾病所致慢性咳嗽的原因分析及治疗方法探讨

摘　　要：目的：探究耳鼻喉科疾病所致慢性咳嗽的临床原因及治疗方法。方法选取2010年1月～2012年12月收治的慢性咳嗽患者100例，将其作为研究对象。对所有患者进行全面的检查，以发现慢性咳嗽的病因，并针对不同病因进行对症治疗，观察疗效。结果经单因素分析知，后鼻孔分泌物下滴引起的慢性咳嗽所占比例最大，为56%，其余依次为咳嗽变异性哮喘、胃食管反流，P〈0.05，具有统计学意义；耳鼻喉科疾病所致慢性咳嗽症状明显改善，其中65例患者治愈，33例好转,2例无效，总有效率为98%。讨论胃食管反流、咳嗽变异性哮喘、后鼻孔分泌物下滴是耳鼻喉科疾病所致的慢性咳嗽的主要原因，易被忽略，准确诊断、对症治疗可快速改善病情，利于预后，值得引起临床医生的重视。Objective To analyze the clinical causes and the therapeutic methods of chronic cough induced by ENT diseases. Methods From 2010 January to 2012 December, 100 cases of ENT disease-induced chronic cough sufferers visited the hospital were selected as research objects. A comprehensive inspection was conducted on all of them in order to find out the causes of chronic cough, to go on specific treatment according to the different causes, and to observe its clinical effects. Results By single factor analysis, chronic cough induced by the dripping of postnasal secretions accounted for the largest proportion, namely 56%, which was followed by cough variant asthma, then by gastroesophageal reflux,it had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The symptoms of chronic cough caused by ENT diseases were improved obviously with total efficiency of 98%, in which 65 patients were cured, 33 cases improved, and 2 cases invalid. Conclusions Gastroesophageal reflux, cough variant asthma, and the dripping of postnasal secretions are the three main causes to chronic cough induced by ENT diseases, which are easy to be ignored. The accurate diagnosis and symptomatic treatment can rapidly improve the condition, and have favorable outcomes, which should catch the attention of clinical practioners.
