燃用丁醇-柴油混合燃料对增压中冷柴油机燃烧及进排气的影响研究

摘  要:基于一台增压中冷柴油机,研究了不同丁醇-柴油掺混比(D100、Bu10、Bu20和Bu40)混合燃料发动机在负荷特性下的缸内压力变动及进排气参数的变化规律。结果表明:随着丁醇混合比例的提高,燃烧始点、最大压力点和最大压力升高率点对应曲轴转角都滞后,最大压力升高率明显增大,压力峰值循环稳定性变差;进气增压比降低;进气质量流量减小,空燃比变小;中冷后进气温度升高,且在低速低负荷时更明显,而涡后排气温度基本不变。Based on a turbocharged diesel engine, this study focuses on the cylinder pressure changes and the engine intake & exhaust properties differences of the pure diesel and the butanol-diesel blends (D100, Bul0, Bu20 and Bu40). The results show: with the ratio of the butanol increasing, the combustion starting point, the maximum cylinder pressure and the maximum rate of cylinder pressure rise times are delayed, but the maximum rate of cylinder pressure rise significantly increases, the Cycle-by-Cycle Variations of the maximum pressure becomes larger; the compression ratio of the turbocharger and the air mass flow decrease, air-fuel ratio of inlet air after intercooler temperature also decreases; while the exhaust temperature after turbo remains almost unchanged.
