摘  要:目的检耳镜是临床诊断耳部病灶的基本工具。笔者设计了一种数字化手持式视频检耳镜。方法采用音频-视频(AV)摄像头,拍摄鼓膜、中耳或外耳道图像,实时显示在4.3吋液晶屏上,并通过AV转通用串行总线(USB)适配器,将图像传输到上位计算机上,通过上位机应用软件,实现图像的操作功能,如显示、缩放、冻结、保存等功能。并介绍了该数字化手持式视频检耳镜的机械结构、电路系统、光学成像系统。结果用数字化手持式视频检耳镜获得耳内图像。结论该视频检耳镜能改善用户体验,设计更加符合小型化、智能化和数字化。Objective Otoscope is a basic tool for clinical diagnosis of ear diseases. The aim of this study was to design a digital handheld video otoscope. Methods AV(audio-video signal) camera was adopted to take photo of tympanic membrane, middle ear or external ear, and real-time images were displayed on 4.3-inch liquid crystal display and then transferred to the upper computer via an AV-USB adapter. The software project was installed on the upper computer, which was used to display, zoom, freeze, or save the photo. Mechanical structure, electrical system, and optical imaging system of the digital handheld otoscope were introduced. Results Image of ear from the digital handheld otoscope was acceptable. Conclusion User experience is improved, and the design is more consistent with the needs of miniaturization, intelligence and digitalization.
