摘 要:目的确立内蒙古地区正常人群呼气峰流速(PEF)预计值。从而正确判定内蒙古地区正常人群及患者的肺功能。方法我们于2009年3月至2012年8月对内蒙古地区蒙古族聚集居住地的蒙古族和汉族人群,采用美国明尼苏达iml呼吸检测产品制造商生产的IMI呼气峰值记录仪,按要求进行呼气峰流速测定,共收集资料1 527例,其中蒙古族758例,汉族769例;其中男737例,女783例。采取SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果多重逐步回归分析结果:PEF与性别、年龄呈负相关,与体重、身高呈正相关(P<0.05),四因素中性别对其水平影响最大,PEF水平女性低于男性,随年龄的增长而降低,但随体重和身高增加而增加。在男性人群中年龄、身高、体重三项指标蒙汉之间存在统计学意义(P<0.05),而呼气峰流速(PEF)蒙汉之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)(t'=0.458,P=0.647)。女性人群中,蒙汉之间在年龄、体重之间存在统计学意义(P<0.05),身高无差别,PEF值存在统计学意义(P<0.05)t’=2.81,P=0.005。结论建立内蒙古地区成人呼气峰流速预计值PEF(L/min)回归方程Y=455.503-87.726×X性别-3.196×X年龄+2.417×X体重+0.605×X身高;性别:男=1,女=2;年龄(岁)、体重(公斤)、身高(厘米)。Objective to establish the peak expiratory flow rate of normal population in Inner Mongolia area(PEF) expected value. In order to correctly judge the pulmonary function of healthy adults and patients in Inner Mongolia. Methods in 2009 February to 2012 June, we in Inner Mongolia area of Mongolia family aggregation residence of Mongolia and Han nationality populations, the IMI peak expiratory recorder American Minnesota IML breath test products manufacturers, according to the requirements of peak expiratory flow rate determination, collected data of 1527 copies, which Mongolia family 758, Han 769; male 737, female 783. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results multiple stepwise regression analysis: PEF and gender, age was negatively correlated, correlated with weight, height was positively(P〈0.05), four factors of gender on the biggest influence level, PEF level in females than males, but decreased with the growth of the age, weight and height but with increased. Three indicators of age, men in height, weight difference between Mongolian and Han(P〈0.05), and peak expiratory flow(PEF) no difference between Mongolian and Han(P〉0.05)(t ’=0.458, P=0.647). The female population, Mongolian and Han between age, body weight differences exist between(P〈0.05), height difference, there were significant differences in PEF values(P〈0.05) t ’=2.81, P=0.005. Conclusion the establishment of the Inner Mongolia area adult peak expiratory flow expected value PEF(L//min) regression equation is Y=455.503 to 87.726 × X to 3.196 × X age gender + 2.417 * X weight + 0.605 * X height; gender: male =1, female =2; age(years), body weight(kg), height(cm).
