摘　　要：目的研究不同麻醉深度下Narcotrend指数（NI）对年幼患儿无痛胃镜的影响。方法选取2013-11月~2015-2月于我院接受无痛胃镜检查的患儿98例,根据丙泊酚剂量对NI数值的影响随机分为A、B、C组,观察并记录Narcotrend监测下不良反应的发生情况,评估NI指数的有效性及安全性,和其适应范围。结果 3组患儿手术时间无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,丙泊酚用量、术后苏醒时间、并发症发生率均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;其中,丙泊酚用量A组最大,C组最小;术后B组苏醒最快,A组最慢;A组、B组、C组并发症发生率分别为25.00%、3.78%和33.33%。结论 Narcotrend指数可以用于幼儿无痛胃镜检查的麻醉深度监测,是安全有效的,其最佳的NI范围是53~65。Objective To investigate the effects of Narcotrend index（NI） to young children received painless gastroscopy under different depth of anesthesia. Methods 98 cases of children received painless gastroscopy were collected, randomly divided into A, B, C group according to the NI, which was changed with the change of propofol dose, recorded the occurrence of adverse reactions under Narcotrend monitoring, and assessed the efficacy and safety of NI, and its adaptation range. Results Three groups of children with no significant difference in operative time（P〉0.05）, the dose of propofol, postoperative recovery time, complication rates were significantly different（P〈0.05）; A group had the maximum dose of propofol group, C group minimum; Postoperative, B group B awaked fastest, slowest in A group; the complication rates were 25.00%, 3.78% and 33.33% in A group, B group, C group, respectively. Conclusion Narcotrend index can be used in depth of anesthesia monitoring in painless gastroscopy for infants, safe and effective, and its optimal range was from 53 to 65.
