摘  要:目的了解旅客列车臭虫情况,探索有效的臭虫防制联合用药方法,以达到有效防制目的。方法采取专项调查和普查的方法,对管内旅客列车的卧铺车厢进行监测检查,通过药效实验,采取不同的联合用药方法防制臭虫。结果 A组(倍硫磷)、B组(凯素灵)、C组(氯氰.残杀威)一次杀灭率是有效的(χ2=31.22,P<0.05),二次杀灭率与一次杀灭率无统计学差异(χ2=3.14,P>0.05),深度杀灭较二次杀灭效果要好(χ2=13.45,P<0.05),3组药物的杀灭率杀灭效果无统计学差异(χ2=2.13,P>0.05)。结论氯氰.残杀威复合剂具有触杀、胃毒、和熏蒸三重作用,且对人体的毒性低,药物挥发性要好于其他两组药物,作业后的车辆能更快投入运营,又可以有效防止发生用药后的二次事故,值得推广。Objective To understand the situation, passenger train bugs in the sleeping car to explore effective bug prevention combination method, in order to achieve effective prevention purposes. Methods Adopt special investigation and survey methods, the in-line monitoring inspections on a sleeper passenger train carriages, through the efficacy experiment, adopt different ways to combination control bedbugs. Results Group A(fenthion) and group B(deltamethrin), group C(cypermethrin. Propoxur) A killing rate is valid(χ2= 31.22, P〈0.05), the second killing rate is better than A killing rate effect(χ2= 3.14, P〉0.05), the depth of the killing the second killing effect is better(χ2= 13.45, P〈0.05), three groups of drugs the killing rate of killing effect of no difference(χ2= 2.13, P〉0.05). Conclusion Cypermethrin. Propoxur compound with tag, stomach poison, and fumigation triple effect, and low toxicity to human body, volatile better than the other two groups of drugs, homework of the vehicle can be quickly put into operation, and can effectively prevent secondary accident, the medicine is worth promoting.
