摘　　要：国家生育政策和人口生育意愿是生育水平的主要决定因素,"单独二孩"生育政策的调整,使我们有必要对生育意愿的研究成果作概括性的回顾与评述。根据相关文献,描述生育意愿的度量指标及影响因素,目的在于掌握育龄人群生育意愿变化,对了解和预测生育水平、科学制定人口规划和有效开展计划生育工作具有现实意义。The country’s childbearing policy and the population fertility desire is a major determinant of population birth level.The New Fertility Policy adjustment, which is necessary for us to research achievements of the past childbearing willing review and comment.According to the relevant literature, describing measurements of fertility intentions and impact factors, the purpose lies in the changing process of mastering the reproductive population childbearing willing.It is of immediate significance to understand and predict fertility, population planning making,and effective to carry out family planning work.
