摘　　要：针对稠油井射孔完井存在的问题,开展了超高孔密射孔器的研制,先后解决了弹间干扰、穿深和孔径不能兼顾、枪管抗爆强度和穿孔性能不能兼顾等难题,最终使孔密达到60-80孔/m,并使穿深和孔径满足预定要求。超高孔密射孔器在渤海湾蓬莱油田得到了推广应用,取得较好效果。According to the problems of perforation completion for heavy oil well,carried out the research on ultra high density perforator.Successively solved the problems that interference between shaped charges,penetration depth and aperture cant juggle,antiknock strength and perforation performance cant juggle.Eventually bring this up to 60-80 spm,and makes the penetration depth and aperture meet predetermined requirement.The ultra high density perforators have been used widely in Penglai oil field,achieved good effect.
