摘  要:针对车辆的排气噪声进行分析。排气噪声是车辆发动机的主要噪声源,属于低频噪声,目前对排气噪声的分析很难形成精确的理论结果。本文以平面波理论和三维数值方法计算简单扩张腔式消声器在不同结构参数下的传递损失,利用三维建模软件Solidworks和专业声学软件Sysnoise分析简单扩张腔式消声器的声学性能,从而来评估消声器的降噪性能。结果表明,在一定范围内,扩张比在增大时,传递损失也会随着增加,但扩张比过大会产生再激励噪声,形成负面效果。扩张腔的长度对传递损失的影响不大,但决定了频率特性。插入管的插入长度在一定的频率范围内影响传递损失。It is mainly for analyzing automotive exhaust noise,and the exhaust noise is the main noise source of vehicle engine and it belongs to the low frequency noise,at present the analysis of the exhaust noise is difficult to form accurate theoretical results.The thought plane wave theory and threedimensional numerical method were used to calculate the transmission loss of simple expansion chamber muffler under different structural parameters,using three-dimensional modeling software SOLIDWORKS and professional acoustic software SYSNOISE to analyze the simple expansion chamber muffler's acoustic performance,the noise performance was evaluated.Within a certain range,when the expansion ratio increases,the transmission loss will also increase,but when expansion ratio exceeds a certain range,it will produce incentive noise again,which forms a negative effect.Expansion chamber's length has little effect,but it determines the frequency characteristic.Within a certain range,the influence of insert tube length on the transmission is considerable.
