摘 要:针对当前ZigBee无线数据采集系统中感知节点信息采集参数单一、灵活性差、且功耗难以控制等问题。本文基于美国DIGI公司无线XBee模块和TI公司超低功耗MSP430F5系列单片机开发农业环境通用数据采集设备,其采用优化的网络协议构建低功耗ZigBeeMesh网络,并设计通用传感器接口以支持多种类型传感器。通过实验表明该设备支持数字、模拟、SDI-12等多种接口类型传感器,数据传输丢包率低,可靠性高,室外传输距离达1.3km,整机休眠功耗低至100μA,低功率太阳能电池板应用满足农业设施生产现场环境信息的有效、快速、准确、可靠采集。In recent years,the wireless AD hoc sensor network constructed by ZigBee technology has more and more applications in terms of agricultural environment information acquisition.In view of the problems,such as difficult control of power consumption,single acquisition parameters and poor flexibility,exist in sense node of current ZigBee wireless data acquisition system.The equipment based on America DIGI company wireless XBee module and TI ultra-low power consumption MSP430F5 series microcontroller for agricultural environment universal data acquisition was developed,which adopts optimized network protocol to construct low power ZigBeeMesh network,and the general sensor interface was designed to support multiple types sensors.Experiments show that the device supports digital,analog,SDI-12 and various interface type sensors,and has low packet loss rate and high reliability.Its outdoor transmission distance is up to 1.3km,and whole dormancy power consumption is as low as 100 uA.The application of low power solar panels meets the requirements of effective,rapid,accurate and reliable information acquisition of agricultural production field environment.
