摘　　要：介绍都市农业发展的两种主要模式:"企业化"模式与"市民化"模式,系统梳理国内外典型国家和地区的都市农业发展实践,从功能重点与发展路径方面分析比较其发展差异。提出"企业化"模式是适合中国国情的都市农业发展方向,明确以经济功能为主,兼顾社会和生态功能;提高农业机械化水平,按现代产业构建都市农业发展体系;以城郊农业为基础,突出区域比较优势和政府牵头、企业经营、农民参与的都市农业发展思路。The emergence and growth of urban agriculture has its specific political,economic and cultural background,which determines its mode has different characteristics.Two main modes of urban agriculture,＂entrepreneurial＂and＂citizenization＂were introduced,and the urban agriculture practices of some typical foreign and domestic countries and regions were systematically combed,and then their different functions and development paths were analyzed and compared.The＂entrepreneurial＂mode is a suitable direction for China＇s urban agriculture,and the developing thoughts of urban agriculture were clarified,which are focusing on economic function while considering social and ecological functions,raising agricultural mechanization level and constructing urban agriculture development system in accordance with the requirements of modern industry,based on suburban agriculture and highlighting regional comparative advantages,government leading,enterprise operating and farmers participating.
