摘　　要：目的探讨阿尔茨海默病患者的脑电图特征。方法对100例阿尔茨海默病患者的脑电图检查结果及其他临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者脑电图正常率为2％，轻度异常率为51％，中度异常率为29％，重度异常为18％，总异常率为98％。其脑电图表现为基本节律慢化及波幅降低，脑电形式单调及α节律泛化，α指数减少，出现慢活动增多及快波减少等。结论阿尔茨海默病患者的脑电图基本节律明显减慢，α指数的减少是脑功能减退的重要标志。Objective To explore the EEG features of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）. Methods EEG results and other clinical data of 100 AD patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results Normal rate of EEG in the patients was 2%, mildly abnormal 51%, moderately abnormal 29%, severely abnormal 18%, and totally abnormal 98%. EEG showed that basic rhythm slowed down, amplitude lowered, electrocerebral style was monotonous, α-rhythm generalized, α-index lessened, slow activity increased, fast wave reduced and so on. Conclusion EEG basic rhythms oi AD patients slow down notably, the reduction of α-index is an important mark of brain hypofunction.
