摘  要:以Al2O3为载体、Ru为活性组分合成Ru/Al2O3。以Ru/Al2O3为催化剂,在反应釜中液相催化加氢催化对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)制备1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯(DMCD),考察Ru负载量、反应温度、压力、搅拌速率和反应时间对DMT加氢反应性能的影响。采用X线衍射仪(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附仪、H2-程序升温脱附(H2-TPD)技术和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对催化剂理化性能进行表征。结果表明:Ru质量分数为3%的Ru/Al2O3显示出良好的催化活性。适宜催化剂的活化温度为120℃,在95℃、4.5 MPa和搅拌速率1 200 r/min的条件下加氢反应3 h,DMT转化率和DMCD选择性分别高达100%和98.81%。该催化剂循环使用12次后仍未发现明显失活。Liquid phase catalytic hydrogenation of dimethyl terephthalate( DMT) to dimethyl 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate( DMCD) was carried out with ruthenium supported aluminum oxide( Ru /Al2O3) as catalyst in a batch reactor. The effects of Ru loading content,reaction temperature,pressure,stirring speed,and reaction time on hydrogenation reaction were investigated. The physicochemical properties,such as the dispersion of Ru,pore structure,specific surface area, and activity were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),N2 adsorption,temperature programmed desorption of hydrogen(H2-TPD),and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). Results showed that the catalyst with Ru loading of3% exhibited excellent catalytic performance. Under optimized reaction condition of catalyst calcination temperature of 120 ℃,reaction temperature of 95 ℃,reaction pressure of 4. 5 MPa,stirring speed of1 200 r/min,and reaction time of 3 h,the dimethyl terephthalate conversion was 100% and the 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate selectivity was 98. 81%. No obvious deactivation was observed after the catalysts repeatedly used 12 times.
