摘  要:以郑州市为研究对象,构建了包括最严格水资源管理、水资源优化配置等6个方面、20项指标的水生态文明城市评价指标体系,对2013年郑州市水生态文明城市建设现状进行了评价。结果显示,其最严格的水资源管理18分(得分率72%,下同)、水资源优化配置9分(60%)、防洪排涝体系6.5分(65%)、节水型社会建设14分(70%)、水生态保护与修复9分(45%)、水文化建设6分(60%),总分62.5分,整体刚刚达到水生态文明城市标准。可见,郑州市最严格水资源管理、节水型社会建设方面相对较好,水资源优化配置、水生态保护与修复体系建设等方面稍显欠缺。An evaluation system of urban w ater ecological civilizat ion w as developed w ith 20 indexes from six aspects, including the strictest water resources management and optimal allocation of water resources, and was applied to assess the current con-struction situat ion of urban water ecological civilization in Zhengzhou. The results showed t hat the strict est w ater resources management has the score of 18 ( scoring percentage is 72% , same hereinafter) , the optimal allocation of w ater resources has the score of 9 ( 60% ) , the f lood control and drainage system has the score of 6. 5 ( 65% ) , the water-saving societ y construction has the score of 14 ( 70% ) , the w ater ecological prot ection and rest ore system has the score of 9 ( 45% ) , and the w ater culture con-struction has the score of 6 ( 60% ) , thus t he total score is 62. 5, which indicated that it reaches the standard of urban w ater eco-logical civilization. The strictest w ater resources management and w ater-saving society construction perform well in Zhengzhou, while the opt imal allocation of w ater resources, w ater ecological protect ion and restore system need more work.
