摘 要:针对10kV断路器在线温度监测难的问题,提出一种基于反射式强度调制的光纤温度传感器系统,温度敏感元件为双金属片.利用双金属对温度敏感的变形特性,将温度变化量调制到接收光纤输出光通量上,通过对红外接收管输出电压的检测,实现对温度的测量.通过理论推导,证实了测量系统输出电压与温度变化具有线性关系.文中详述了传感器系统的结构,给出了实验装置,进行了30~120℃内的测试实验,实验结果与理论推导吻合,且显示出较优良的特性,其测量误差小于5%,重复性良好.最后给出了在断路器触头的测温安装方法和实验结果.In order to achieve on-line temperature monitoring for the 10 kV circuit breaker,this paper proposes a type of optical fiber temperature sensor systems, which are based on the changing of reflective intensity modulation. A bimetal strip is used as the temper- ature sensitive element. In this system,the luminous flux of the receiving optical fiber will be changed when the bimetal deforms fol lowing temperature ehanges. Through detecting the voltage of the infrared receiving tube, we could achieve temperature measure ments. This measurement system has been demonstrated through theoretical derivation that the output voltage has a linear relation- ship with the temperature change. The experimental result is in conformity with the theoretieal derivation. Moreover,it indicates that this system enjoys a measurement error lower than 5 % and high repeatability.
