网络关系嵌入对中小企业技术创新绩效的影响——考虑知识获取的中介作用

摘　　要：利用以浙江省科技型中小企业为调查对象的调查数据,以企业规模和研发投入作为控制变量,实证分析了网络关系嵌入对中小企业技术创新绩效的影响以及知识获取在其中的中介作用。结果显示:网络关系嵌入和知识获取都对中型企业的技术创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,知识获取在其中起不完全中介作用;在小型企业中,三者之间并不存在相互影响的关系。Based on the investigation data about small and medium high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang province,this paper analyzes the effect of network relation embeddedness on technological innovation performance and the intermediary effect of knowledge acquisition by taking enterprise size and RD investment as the control variable.The results show as follows：both network relation embeddedness and knowledge acquisition have significantly positive impacts on technological innovation performance of medium enterprises;knowledge acquisition plays a role of incomplete intermediary role between them;there are not significantly positive impacts among these three variables in small enterprises.
