摘 要:以美国红枫改良品种(Acer×freemanii‘Autumn Blaze’)为试验材料,剪取1年生枝条的中上部做插穗,用ABT1#1 000 mg/L溶液处理插穗,分别扦插在河砂、珍珠岩、蛭石、草炭、炉灰渣、珍珠岩+蛭石、珍珠岩+蛭石+草炭7种不同基质上。选取生根促进剂ABT1#、IBA、NAA以及IBA+NAA的混合溶液分别设计500、1 000、1 500mg·L-1和2 000mg·L-1 4个浓度梯度处理插穗,以清水处理作为对照组。结果表明,蛭石与珍珠岩的混合基质为最佳基质,扦插在该基质上的插穗生根率可达到87.3%,平均根数为9.8条,平均根长为7.6cm,根系效果指数为0.83。用生根促进剂ABT1#1 000mg·L-1、ABT1#2 000mg·L-1和IBA+NAA 1 000mg·L-1处理红枫插穗,生根率分别达到57.8%、58.9%和60.0%,根系效果指数分别达到1.00、1.17和0.71。IBA500mg/L处理的插穗,生根率为68.9%,但平均根数较少,不适合美国红枫的扦插生根。Cuttings from the upper parts of the branches from one-year-old seedlings of AcerX freemanii "Autumn Blaze" were adopted to carry out propagation experiment. After the cuttings were treated with root promoting chemicals, they were raised in different substrates. The results showed that perlite + vermiculite was the best soil substrate, in which the rooting rate reached 87.3%, the average root number, length, and root effect index were 9.8, 7.6 cm, and 0.83, respectively. The suitable root promotion reagent were ABT No. 1 with concentrations of 1 000mg·L-1 and 2 000mg·L-1 respectively, and IBA + NAA (1 000mg·L-1) , under which the rooting rates were 57.8%, 58.9%, and 60.0%, the root effect indices reached 1.00, 1.17, and 0.71. respectively. Although in IBA (500 mg·L-1) treated group, the rooting rate was as high as 68.9%, the average number of roots were less, it was not suited for cuttings.
