摘　　要：目的:解决传统模式下营养师无法获取临床诊疗信息、工作效率低下等问题。方法 :依据营养诊疗规范,结合医院营养管理特点,基于医院信息系统(hospital information syetem,HIS)、实验室信息系统(laboratory information system,LIS)、电子病历系统,采用数据集成的方式,设计开发临床营养诊疗系统。结果 :系统为营养师提供了翔实的临床数据和各种分析工具,简化了工作流程,提高了工作效率。结论:该系统的实现是将临床营养诊疗工作落到实处的有力保障。Objective To improve the nutritionist in access to clinical information and low efficiency. Methods A clinical nutrition treatment system was developed based on nutrition standards, hospital nutrition management, HIS, LIS, electronic medical record and integrated data. Results The system gifted the nutritionist with clinical information and analysis tools to simplify working flow and enhance working efficiency. Conclusion The system contributes a lot to clinical nutrition treatment.
