摘 要:目的 :评价岛津(500 m A)胃肠X线机升级为数字式胃肠机后对排粪造影成像质量和成像参数的影响。方法 :回顾某院2 a来行排粪造影检查患者的影像资料,分升级前的普通胃肠机组107例(男25例,女82例),升级后的数字式胃肠机组98例(男17例,女81例),2组均采用坐姿排粪造影法常规摄片并记录成像参数,取每位患者的静坐相成像胶片,对图像质量及相应成像参数进行比较研究。结果:数字式胃肠机组较普通胃肠机组甲片率明显提高,而成像参数明显降低,2组间差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:在排粪造影的检查中,与普通胃肠机比较,升级后的数字式胃肠机图像质量得到了提高的同时明显降低了成像参数,在相同曝光次数下,能减少患者受照剂量。Objective To evaluate the effects of digitalization of SHIMADZU(500 mA) gastrointestinal X-ray machine on imaging quality and parameters of defecography. Methods Totally 205 patients undergoing sitting defecography in the past2 years at some hospital were reviewed retrospectively for their imaging materials, including 107 ones(25 men and 82women) in ordinary machine group and 98 ones(17 men and 81 women) in digital machine group. The imaging quality and parameters of the two groups were compared. Results The digital machine group had higher imaging quality while lower imaging parameters than the other, with P〈0.01. Conclusion The digitalization of gastrointestinal X-ray machine has the imaging quality increased and imaging parameter decreased, and can reduce the dose with the same exposure times.
