摘　　要：介绍了军队医学计量工作和医学科研设备全程质量控制的现状,探讨了依托医学计量工作开展医学科研设备全程质量控制工作的必要性。从体制保障、工作基础、启动时机3个方面分析了开展军队医学科研仪器质量控制工作的可行性,明确了采购部门、使用部门、工程技术部门、管理部门在医学科研仪器设备质量控制工作中的职责任务,拟制了具体实施方案,形成了科学有效的科研仪器管理机制。The present situation was introduced for military medical metrology and whole-course medical research instrument, and the necessity was discussed to perform whole-course medical research instruments based on military metrology.The feasibility of military medical research instruments quality control was analyzed from the aspects of institutional support, foundation and starting time. The missions of facilities for purchase, utilization, engineering and management were determined, the executive plan was formed, and then medical research instruments management system came into being.
