医护一体化服务模式在压力性尿失禁48例中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察医护一体化服务模式在压力性尿失禁患者中的应用效果。方法:选择压力性尿失禁患者92例,按住院号单复数将其随机分为观察组48例,对照组44例。对照组实施传统护理服务模式,观察组实行医护一体化服务模式,比较两组患者治愈情况及满意度。结果:观察组及对照组的总有效率分别为83.33%、72.73%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,其满意度也明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化服务模式能促进医护合作,提高治疗效果和患者满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of health care integrated service model in patients with stress urinary incontinence. Methods Select 92 cases of patients with stress urinary incontinence, according to hospital singular and plural number were randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in observation group , 44 patients in the control group to implement the traditional care model, the observation group to implement the integration of health care service delivery model, comparing two groups of patients were cured cases and satisfaction. Results The cure rate was 83.33% in the observation group, the control group was 72. 73%, the treatment effect was better than the control group significantly, satisfaction improved significantly , the differences were statistically Significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Integrated model of health care services to promote health care cooperation, enhance healing effect and patient satisfaction.
